‘Heads Will Roll’ is the second single
to be taken from the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album ‘It’s
Blitz’, the artwork for the single is amazingly
freaky with a evil wolf type person gracing the
cover, as for the song it’s pretty much as
good as the previous single ‘Zero’ and
will have you strutting your stuff on the dance
floor at clubs across the country.
‘Heads Will Roll’ will have you singing
along “Off with your head! Dance, dance
‘Til You’re Dead!” whilst you
shake your arse to the beat, the song is full
of different electronic synth sounds and pop beats
and Karen O’s vocals are as good as ever,
‘Heads Will Roll’ has the overall
feel of a indie feeling dance floor anthem.
I know many people have been putting down the
new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album saying that they have
moved far away from their roots and that it’s
not as good as their previous albums etc, this
may or may not be the case but at the moment that
doesn’t really matter as both the singles
to come from the album so far have been of a high
quality which to me warrants buying the album.
