Taking Back Sunday – You Can’t Look Back

Taking Back Sunday are gearing up to the release of their seventh studio album ‘Tidal Wave’ which is due for release on Hopeless Records on the 16th September and a couple of  months ago they released a video for the title track ‘Tidal Wave’ to give fans a peak of their new music and it turned heads in a good way as Taking Back Sunday went on a raw punk rock journey and now the band have just dropped ‘You Can’t Look Back’ which happens to be the second single from the forthcoming album ‘Tidal Wave’.

‘You Can’t Look Back’ sounds pretty much like a classic Taking Back Sunday song, it’s big and catchy and has a full on sing-a-long chorus which is going to go down a storm at live shows from the band in the near future with thousands of fans singing “I’m going to get you if it takes me all night long” along with frontman Adam Lazzara.

Over time some bands get bigger and better and Taking Back Sunday are one of those bands as they stormed the music industry back in 2002 with their debut ‘Tell All Your Friends’ and despite however each album they have released since then has sold they have gone on and released some solid albums and on the back of the two singles so far to be released from ‘Tidal Wave’ I have high expectations once the album drops on the 16th September.
