You Me At Six - Fresh Start FeverYou Me At Six – Fresh Start Fever

Back in September You Me At Six came back with their brand new single ‘Lived A Lie’ which was simply fantastic and this marked the bands return to the music scene since they were last seen in 2012 finishing a fantastic touring cycle for their third studio album Sinners Never Sleep, and now a few months on You Me At Six have announced a headline tour for March 2014 and also the release date for their fourth studio album ‘Cavalier Youth’ which is due for release on the 27th January, and with You Me At Six being one’s not to keep their fans waiting they have just unleashed yet another new single ‘Fresh Start Fever’.

‘Fresh Start Fever’ once again shows that after being in the music industry for 7 years and starting off as a poppy punk band with a bit of an immature attitude You Me And Six are now back bigger and better than ever with a big mature sound, feel and attitude as the band lay down some seriously tasty riffs and melodies throughout the song, things are still as infectious as ever in places but this time around you can really tell that You Me At Six are aiming high and I am confident that this time around You Me At Six are going to achieve what they are aiming for as like the track name states the band are starting out different here and are packing an almighty punch with them.

It is madness comparing anything from the band’s debut album ‘Take Off Your Colours’ with either ‘Lived A Lie’ or ‘Fresh Start Fever’ as you wouldn’t think the same band would be capable of music so far apart, I felt their third album Sinners Never Sleep was a big move for You Me At Six but I now feel that their fourth album ‘Cavalier Youth’ is going to be the album which helps make You Me At Six a must see rock band.
