The summer may not be here yet but We The Kings
are here to cheer everyone up with the first punchy
poppy-punk summer anthem of the year with their
new single ‘Heaven Can Wait’ seriously
the song is so catchy you will be imaging yourself
running around your beach barbecue with flip flops
on and a cold pint of cider in your hand whilst
making a complete and utter tit of yourself in the
best possible way.
‘Heaven Can Wait’ is an fantastic
song, it is taken from We The Kings forthcoming
second studio album ‘Smile Kid’ and
it is bound to cement them into the super league
of American poppy-punk bands conquering the UK
market especially now that they are currently
on the road with English superstars You Me At
Six.
After enjoying ‘Heaven Can Wait’
so much I really can’t wait to get my hands
on ‘Smile Kid’ as on the back of ‘Heaven
Can Wait’ it has left me with high expectations.
